Title: Recruitment ConsultantLocation: Norwich, PottergateSalary: 25,000 -35,000 p.a (DOE) + 20% CommissionWe are seeking experienced, talented and driven recruitment professionals to join Engineering, Finance, Professional Services recruitment teams. In this role you will manage exceptional relationships with both clients and candidates and match the candidate with their perfect job.Whilst each day is different, you will typically find yourself doing the following:Role Responsibilities:Advertising jobs and searching for candidatesSpeaking to potential and current clients to win businessMeeting clients face to faceSpeaking with candidates to understand their skills and motivationsSending CVs, arranging interviews, and managing offersNetworking on social mediaAbout Cooper Lomaz Recruitment:With over 35 years of operation, filling over 110,000 open positions, Cooper Lomaz is one of the largest independent recruitment businesses in East Anglia. Weve also implemented a number of initiatives throughout the business to ensure our people get all the support and guidance they need to success.Required Skills:Experience within the recruitment industryA great telephone mannerExcellent communication skillsConfident personaDrive to succeedDesired Skills:Proven experience in recruiting within the Engineering, Finance, or Professional Services sectorsDemonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates for temporary and/or contract rolesFamiliarity with BullhornLocated in NorwichAbility to work out of Norwich office 5 days per weekFurther Details:Flexible working is available for those with childcare commitments.Guaranteed holiday approval across school holiday periods.Working hours: 8:30 17:30 Monday to Thursday, 8:30 17:00 FridayWe have three available vacancies for Recruitment Consultants, with one for each Engineering, Professional Services and Finance.We are looking to schedule interviews at our Norwich office as soon as possible, with flexibility for those who may need to interview outside of working hours. While the start date is flexible, we are keen to bring the successful candidate on board as soon as possible.
