Recruitment AdministratorSalary: 28,000 + 10% company bonus (2800)Location: BorehamwoodHours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pmBenefits: 25 days holiday 10% annual bonus, Private MedicalDuration: Permanent80% Internal Recruitment and 20% HR AdministrationOur Client a market leader in UK and Europe, a reputable well-known brand have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join their busy thriving HR team.You will contribute to supporting in all aspects of the HR department, predominantly the end to end recruitment process.This role would really suit someone who is confident, sociable, proactive and enjoys taking ownership of their work. Previous recruitment experience, Business or HR degree would work really well for this opportunity but not essential.Responsibilities:General compliance - e.g. Preparing offer letters, contracts and identificationReading and sifting through applicationsVetting candidatesTelephone interviewing candidates dailyBooking interviewsLiaising with managersDiary management for hiring mangersStarter packs and Inductions for new employeesMaintenance and reporting (including new starter entry, termination, etc.)Administration (filing, printing, scanning documents)Receptionist duties; answering phoneReceiving queries from other functions about external staffLearning and development; legislation compliance, additional training for staff Attributes:Recruitment/HR experience would be highly advantageousA fast learner, who enjoys taking on new responsibilitiesFantastic telephone manner, confident and engagingConfident conduction interview with scriptHighly organised, dependable and professionalAbility to cope well in a fast-paced environmentCrisp Recruitment Ltd is a local recruitment consultancy based in Hatfield.
