The team handles a varied workload, providing advice on all aspects of private client matters and related tax issues.This role offers a great opportunity to gain experience in a wide range of areas and increase knowledge with a specialist team. The successful candidate will handle a diverse portfolio of private client services, with particular emphasis on: Wills Executry administration, including advising on complex tax-paying estates Tax planning, particularly focusing on Inheritance Tax (IHT), including reliefs such as Agricultural Property Relief (APR) and Business Property Relief (BPR) Trust creation and management, with a focus on advising on technical trust law and asset protection Advising clients on complex private client issues, including contentious executries and trust matters Powers of Attorney and Guardianships The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about contributing to the development of a successful and forward-thinking team. They should be confident in working independently and managing their own caseload, while also being willing to collaborate on larger or more complex matters. The role also involves contributing to the financial success of the team by meeting agreed targets and being actively involved in business development and marketing strategies. Applications are invited from candidates with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in a relevant area. However, applications from candidates with different levels of experience will also be considered. This is a full-time role, though part-time and flexible working arrangements will be considered.
