Our Technology & Transformation practice is one of the most established and successful parts of the company with a team of consultants working with a broad range of clients from Global Blue-Chip organisations to SMEs.The Role:We are looking for a Contracts Co-ordinator / Administrator to provide support to our team of Consultants in the Technology & Transformation practice. We offer a flexible working environment, and the role will require you to work from our London office 3 days per week (Mon, Tues and Thurs) with the remaining 2 days remotely. The role will include the following duties and responsibilities:Provide support to the team of consultants, managing and co-ordinating a variety of day-to-day administrative duties.Prepare contracts for clients and contractors and ensure that all signed documentation is received and recorded.Ensure all compliance documentation is received and recorded including completion of necessary Right to Work checks. Assist consultants with additional screening requirements as required by our clients.Undertake administrative tasks to ensure our contract workers are set up for payroll such as setting up their timesheet portal accounts and ensuring that we have all of the relevant payroll information and documentation.Liaise with our contract workers, umbrella companies and internal finance team to ensure that any contractual and / or payroll queries and issues are resolved in a timely manner.Maintain data and hotlists on our systems to ensure we can provide effective communication to our contract workers and clients.Track the Consultants fees and provide weekly and monthly reports.Work with our Finance Director and IT team to ensure that any updates to our contracts are implemented and added to our systems.Act as a first point of contact for contractor worker queries.Provide cover for consultants when on annual leave and co-ordinate recruitment activity as required in their absence.Provide training and support with other members of our support team in relation to our contractor processes.Act as a central point of contact internally for all contract related queries and issues.Formatting CVs and updating records as required.Post job adverts onto a variety of external websites.Provide cover for the wider support team across the Group as and when required in the event of sickness / absence.Experience Required:Successful applicants must be highly organised with a meticulous approach and attention to detail. The role is very service driven so excellent administrative skills and the ability to meet deadlines are required. Previous experience of administration in a busy environment is essential. Experience of working in a Recruitment or Human Resources function would be highly desirable but we are open to candidates with any industry / sector background.
