You will act as the Scrum Master for the delivery squads responsible for building the Atomx products. You will also provide broader coverage as a project manager by managing RAID logs, budgets, stakeholders and overall deliverables as necessary.Role AccountabilitiesAgile team coach and mentorLiaise with the Product Manager, Technical Lead, stakeholders and Architect to ensure the roadmap has been committed to with the correct level of planning with the teams involvement.Ensure that all scrum events take place and facilitate them whilst ensuring that they are productive and time-boxed.Foster a collaborative environment for high-performing teams.Maintain and report on project status, RAID logs and budget.Manage external and internal dependencies.Ensure the team delivers to commitments - hold teams accountable for their work, and remove impediments both external and internal to the team.Define the product's roadmap and scope/schedule while balancing this with timely and regular value deliveries organising and leading working groups and steering co-meetings.Manage communications with stakeholders on timelines and deliverables.Following and implementing an effective project governance system.Promote team empowerment through team-building techniquesAny additional duties as assigned.Role RequirementsCertified Scrum MasterAt least 3+ years of experience acting as a Scrum MasterExperience working with distributed agile teamsExperience working with Agile project management tools like ADO, Jira etcProven track record of working collaboratively with different project stakeholders including technical and business teamsHighly self-motivatedFlexible management approach depending on the needs of the particular project and clientPrevious experience in a broader role as an Agile Project managerDegree-educated in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent industry experienceSkills and AbilitiesExcellent communication skillsAbility to explain complex issues in easy-to-digest termsPassion for continuous improvement for self and the team as a wholeDesire and confidence to express own ideas and a willingness to engage in discussionsCurious to challenge the status quo with a view to increasing excellenceEagerness to explore new tools, improvement ideasManagement Duties NoWe are an equal-opportunity employer, and we are proud to share that 93% of our employees say they can be themselves at work.
