Youll:Lead Insight Development: Define the insight agenda, identifying knowledge gaps and opportunities to drive strategy.Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Marketing, Commercial, and Innovation teams to influence brand positioning, shopper strategies, and product launches.Deliver Actionable Insights: Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for brand growth and innovation.Support NPD & Innovation: Ensure consumer insights drive the development of new products and marketing strategies.What Youll Bring:Were looking for someone with a strategic mindset, a creative edge, and the ability to influence at the highest level.
