Your role will involve maintaining and improving forecasting processes, ensuring stock availability, and helping to track supplier performance. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical individual who enjoys working with data and thrives in a fast-moving environment.Key Skills Required:Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel for Data analysisExperience in supply planning, production planning, or demand forecastingExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage supplier relationships and negotiate lead timesStrong communication and organisational skillsKey Skills Preferred:Degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field1+ years' experience in a supply planning or procurement roleFamiliarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft DynamicsUnderstanding of inventory management and forecasting techniquesDuties to Include:Working with Manager to coordinate all production planning and ensuring timely order placementUpkeep a robust sales forecast, coordinating with Account managersWorking closely with suppliers to confirm availability and lead timesImproving and maintaining forecasting processes to optimise inventory levelsAssisting in tracking supplier performance, including OTIF and lead time metricsIdentifying and implementing efficiencies in supply planningSupporting the wider supply chain team in data analysis and reportingPersonal attributes Able to work as part of a team in a co-operative and supportive way.
