Their focus on data sovereignty and security allows them to provide cutting-edge cloud solutions that meet the evolving computational needs of modern enterprises.About the RoleAs an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR processes, managing employee records, and supporting onboarding, payroll administration, and benefits coordination. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your HR expertise while working in an innovative and collaborative setting.Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and UK and EU employment law. Support the onboarding process, including document preparation and assisting new hires. Assist with payroll-related tasks, including timesheet verification and data entry. Manage employee data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Respond to general HR queries and provide guidance on policies and procedures. Support benefits administration and employee enrolment. Assist with HR communications and projects, helping to embed best practices as the business scales. Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and maintain a safe, inclusive workplace. Use data to track key HR metrics such as annual leave and employee engagement. Stay up to date with UK and EU employment law, with a willingness to develop global legal knowledge.What We're Looking For: Experience in UK and EU legislation is essential. Fluent business-level English and Spanish language skills (written and spoken) are required. CIPD qualification (highly desirable). Experience in an HR Generalist role with strong organisational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across the business. Familiarity with HR software (experience with Deel is a bonus). Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
