Wed love to hear from you if youre someone who is just as passionate about our patient-focused approach as we are, and who can really align themselves with our company values of Empathy, Integrity, Innovation & Timelessness.RESPONSIBILITIES:Carry out a full consultation, discussing benefits and risk assessment of treatment proceduresIn line with medical protocols, be responsible for patient care, assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of treatments to ensure the best outcome for the patientReview patients post treatment as requiredKeep up to date with medical developments and treatmentsTake part and provide professional training when requiredEnsure best practice is adhered to at all times for patient careEnsure that a high-quality service is provided to all our patientsBe proactive in identifying and implementing initiatives to improve patient satisfactionBe passionate about helping people to achieve greater confidence through better skinParticipate in Clinic events and presentations, as well as demonstrating old and new treatments/proceduresROLE REQUIREMENTSIdeally, youll be:Minimum 1 year aesthetic medicine experiencePatient focused with an empathetic approach to patient careCommitted to continuous development and improvementA team player, with an excellent attitude towards your workFriendly and personable, with the ability to build relationships easilyAble to work on your own initiative, but knowing when to escalate issues or concerns to ensure our patients safety, alwaysAND, WHAT CAN WE OFFER YOU?At Sisu, we believe in offering our practitioners permanent employment.
