You'll primarily be based in our offices but hybrid working is available. This is an exciting time to join us as were rapidly expanding our global operations.What Youll DoProviding high levels of customer service youll;Handle enquiries and reservations ensuring that they are responded to professionally, arranging and confirming bookings and building travellers profiles to make sure that their needs are metCarry out research for our clients to make sure they get the best dealProcess E tickets and travel documentationOffer advice and guidance on available options to our clients for each itinerary including advice on visas, passport requirements and vaccinationsHandle refunds and cancellationsHelp to train and support new staff as they join the team What were looking for Youll be a motivated, passionate individual who has previous experience of working in business travelExperience using GDS platforms.Youll have an excellent telephone manner, excellent verbal reasoning skills and great attention to detailYoull be happy to work between the hours of 8am and 6pm on a rota basis and be able to attend out of hours training if requiredWhat We Can OfferOur people are our heartbeats, driving everything that we do.
