Helium 10 Expert / eCommerce Specialist Location: North London, NW1 Salary: 26,000+, depending on experience Hybrid Working: 4 days in the office, 1 day from homeAbout the RoleThis dynamic and growing design and development business based in NW1, specialising in unique, high-quality products are looking for a Helium 10 Expert / eCommerce Specialist to manage and optimise their presence across multiple online marketplaces, including Amazon.If you have strong experience using Helium 10 and a proven track record in eCommerce marketplace management, wed love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities Helium 10 Expertise:Utilise Helium 10 to conduct keyword research, track market trends, optimise product listings, and boost sales.Stay up to date with new Helium 10 features and leverage them to improve marketplace performance. Amazon & Marketplace Management:Manage and maintain the Amazon catalogue, ensuring content, imagery, A+, category, and RRP are fully optimised.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with Amazon support.Research high-performing competitor ASINs and apply data insights to improve product listings.Expand and optimise our presence on additional online marketplaces. SEO & Content Optimisation:Create SEO-rich, high-quality content tailored to different platforms and international markets.Use AI tools where possible to streamline content creation.Develop product descriptions and marketing content that align with brand guidelines. Competitor & Data Analysis:Conduct competitor research and marketplace analysis to identify growth opportunities.Generate data-driven insights to enhance product performance.Identify trends and advertising opportunities based on marketplace data. Customer & Platform Communication:Communicate effectively with multiple eCommerce platforms to resolve business and administrative issues.Oversee and manage an administrative team, including Amazon training and delegation of content-related tasks.Manage order fulfilment and customer queries across platforms such as Etsy and Amazon FBM. Additional Responsibilities:Update websites with new product launches.Occasionally create D2C email marketing campaigns for our mailing list.What Were Looking For Essential:Proven experience managing Amazon and other marketplaces.Strong proficiency in Helium 10 and its application in eCommerce.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply findings.Experience with SEO, keyword optimisation, and content strategy.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
