Part-Time Sales Assistant & Customer Service AssistantSIRPLUS started by making boxer shorts from surplus fabrics. Over time, ourcollection has grown. From limited edition jackets to premium knitwear and wedding-worthy waistcoats, each piece has its own character. We have evolved considerablywhilst remaining true to our roots: special pieces, in small runs, using quality fabrics.After several years on Portobello Market we opened our first standalone store, just astones throw away from our original stall. Today, we have five central Londonlocations: Portobello Road, Marylebone, Princes Arcade, Kings Road and Islington.Our Islington Store is our Customer Service Hub. Located at the heart of the bustlingCamden Passage, our Customer Service team is based there, providing anexceptional customer experience on the shop floor, online and over the phone. Inthis role, you would be working with our Customer Service Manager and otherCustomer Service Staff, supporting the team to deliver the best customer experiencefor our clients.Your role would include a dynamic mix of retail and customer service responsibilities.With no day ever the same, you would provide support to ensure a seamlesscustomer journey, whilst representing the ethos of our brand at every turn whetheryoure answering the phone, assisting the wider team, or selling clothes. You will bethe first point of contact for our customers, whilst contributing to the wider strategiesof SIRPLUS.This role is best suited to someone who prides themselves on their charm, charisma,and collaborative skills. We are looking for someone warm and friendly, who enjoysengaging with customers and representing our brand. We expect this role to be 70%retail and 30% customer service.
