We are incredibly proud to have been awarded Outstanding in all areas by Ofsted, a reflection of our unwavering commitment to excellence in education and pupil support.If you are organised, compassionate, and eager to contribute to a school that truly values its team members and pupils, we would love to hear from you!A day in the life of a SENDCo Administrator will involve:Assisting the SENDCo with key administrative tasks, maintaining and updating SEN records, and helping organise Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP) reviews and related meetings.Sharing important information with staff, parents, and external stakeholders, supporting the schools total communication approach, and ensuring accurate record-keeping through meeting minutes and documentation.Following safeguarding policies, adhering to health and safety regulations, reporting any concerns, and contributing to maintaining a safe and clean school environment.Assisting with office administration, including data entry and answering calls, supporting off-site visits and pupil supervision, and working flexibly to meet the needs of the school community.To be a successful SENDCo Administrator youll need:GCSEs (or equivalent) in Literacy and Numeracy, along with experience working with children or young people with learning disabilities or behavioural challenges, ideally within a school or educational setting.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, pupils, and external partners while also working independently when needed.A compassionate, patient, and flexible approach, with a genuine passion for supporting pupils with SEND. Ability to stay organised, prioritize tasks, and remain professional in a fast-paced environment.In return for your time, youll get:Holidays Youll only work term time (39.2 weeks), and get paid the additional 12.8 weeks whilst youre off.
