Your responsibilities will span strategic leadership, client delivery, business development, and team building.1. Strategic Leadership & Business DevelopmentCollaborate with the VP to define and execute the growth strategy for the Advisory Practice.Identify and pursue business development opportunities, cultivating relationships with decision-makers in pharma and biotech.Lead proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiations to secure new engagements.Drive thought leadership initiatives (e.g., white papers, blogs, webinars) to strengthen G&Ls market presence.2. Client Engagement & DeliveryServe asthe primary advisor to senior client stakeholders, delivering exceptional service and building long-term partnerships.Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of consulting projects in:Organizational Design & Restructuring: Optimize organizational structures, governance, and workforce capabilities.Process Improvement & Implementation: Redesign operations for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.Digital Technology Implementation: Strategize and oversee the integration of innovative digital solutions.Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of high-quality, tailored solutions.3. Practice Development & Team BuildingPartner with leadership to expand and refine our capabilities, tools, and methodologies.Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.Stay ahead of market trends and industry challenges to shape innovative service offerings.4.
