Join us in building the infrastructure for sustainable urban delivery.Role: Operations SpecialistThis is a field-heavy role (80% in the hubs, 20% coordination & reporting) where you will be on the ground ensuring Ports e-hubs and e-vehicles are in top condition, troubleshooting issues in real time, and directly engaging with riders. You will be instrumental in launching new hubs across London, working closely with mechanics, and improving rider experience.As an Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in keeping our hubs and fleet fully operational while building an engaged rider community. You will identify and resolve operational challenges on the ground, ensure hubs are clean and functional, support vehicle maintenance efforts, and educate riders on best practices.Key Responsibilities1. E-Hub & Fleet Quality Control (Proactive Field Operations) Conduct daily visits to Ports e-hubs across London to ensure all infrastructure, charging docks, and e-vehicles are in excellent condition. Identify issues before they become problemsproactively inspecting bikes, batteries, and docking stations for wear, damage, or malfunctions. Work closely with mechanics at hubs to flag and address maintenance needs efficiently. Ensure hubs are clean, organized, and complianthandling bin placements, signage updates, and general upkeep.2. New Hub Launches & Expansion Play a key role in launching new e-hubs across London, ensuring they are fully set up and operational before riders start renting. Work with mechanics and installation teams to get charging docks, parking areas, and signage in place. Troubleshoot any issues at newly launched hubs to ensure smooth operations from day one.3. Rider Engagement & Education Spend time in hubs daily, educating and assisting riders with rental rules, proper e-vehicle handling, and best practices. Collect direct rider feedback on vehicle performance, rental experience, and pain points, sharing insights with the operations team to drive improvements. Build a strong rider community by being the go-to person at hubs for questions, guidance, and support.
