Be the mentor and role model they need to succeed.Make a Difference: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation, providing expert HR guidance and contributing to a thriving workplace.Be a Strategic Partner: Work closely with the Group Heads of HR, contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures.Tackle Exciting Challenges: From complex employee relations cases to TUPE transfers, you'll be overseeing the action, providing expert advice and solutions.Drive Continuous Improvement: Champion best practices, enhance HR processes, and support the implementation of the annual pay review.Shape the Future: Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment where everyone can thrive.What You'll Bring:Proven experience in HR management, with a passion for developing, motivating and leading a small HR teamCIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent)Comprehensive knowledge of employee relations cases to tribunal level and practical experienceExtensive experience in a similar fast-paced generalist HR role with people management responsibilitiesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsEnglish and Maths GCSE (A-C) or equivalentA proactive and results-oriented approachA passion for education and making a differenceSound understanding of Equal Opportunities and GDPR legislation
