Human Resources Analyst - Maternity CoverApex systems is seeking a Human Resources Analyst for our Cannock office located in Staffordshire. The Human Resources Analyst will provide support both internal and external to our UK and European entities. The ideal candidate will have HR and administration experience. This role requires an individual who is organized, able to priorities their workload, self-motivated, and able to work to tight deadlines.Good communication skills and coordination skills to successfully liaise with our suppliers. Good telephone techniques, excellent negotiation skills are a key requirement of this role in providing general administration for the Human Resources team and giving support to the HR Director.This position is based in our UK office on a full-time basis. Office based Cannock Staffordshire.The chosen candidate would currently reside in the HR arena, looking to further their career with at least 1 year of experience in providing advice and support.Job Type: 3 months contractSchedule: Monday to FridayAbility to commute on a daily basis: Hednesford Business Village, Centrix Business Park, Keys Park Road, Staffordshire, WS12 2HA, United Kingdom (required)More about the Human Resources Analyst role:This role is as a Human Resources Analyst dealing with onboarding coordination working within a small team environment in offices located in Cannock Staffordshire, the successful candidate will ideally need to have previous HR administration and customer service experience to assist in the following areas:Key tasks:Data Entry, using a variety of systems.Scan and file update appropriate spreadsheets and distribute where necessary.Produce and distribute weekly reports and monthly reports for Human Resources.Update and distribute weekly reports to all relevant stake holders.Liaise with suppliers and be the main contact.Provide allocation of meeting rooms where required.Assist with customer care follow ups.Administrative support to employees field queriesMaintain and updating master documents and systemsPurchasing office requirements,Coordination of Marketing products and dispatchCoordination of health & wellbeing events, European wide attend meetings on behalf of European HR.Event organizationHR data entryGift order and distributionAd hoc requirements for the Management teamOn and off boarding starters and leavers documentationIn due course contractual requirement for all locationsAny other duties as required.Set project critical workDeveloping strong partnerships leaders, manager, and colleaguesWorking to build strong channels of communication internally and with external agencies/organisationsPerson Specification:Minimum 1 year experience in a similar roleFull UK driving licenceThis position may come with some minimal UK and European travelExcellent written and verbal communication skillsUse of Microsoft 365 (specifically Outlook, Excel & Word)Strong PowerPoint skillsExcellent communication skillsTeam PlayerStrong attention to detail and accuracySelf-startersby the time you have been asked to do something, its already done.Self-motivated & enthusiasticWilling to go the extra mile when required.OrganisedProactiveCan work well within a team and be able to work independently.Have some experience dealing with customers internal and external either face-to-face or over the phone/email.Trustworthy and can maintain confidential information (GDPR)Skilled multitasker who never misses deadlinesWorking hours - Monday Friday: 9:00 17:30, (1-hour for lunch)This position is based at our Cannock office located in Staffordshire.
