SHEQ Manager - up to 55,000 - Runcorn site.We are working with a leading global manufacturer of a wide range of chemicals that are used as raw materials in almost every industrial process. They are looking for an experienced SHEQ Manager to join their Runcorn site.Responsibilities:To review and continuously improve SHE & local Security management processes to meet annual SHE targets.Manage and develop the Quality & Environmental Management Systems.Ensure the Internal and External audit requirements of the site are met.Lead the management processes for all training to ensure SHE standards are met.Develop and lead a sustainable manufacturing improvement process to identify & deliver improvements in SHE, Quality, Reliability, Output and Costs.Experience:Occupational SHE professional with proven experience in chemical manufacturing preferred.Recognised SHE qualification preferred.Knowledge & experience of the ISO standards & BSI processes.Knowledge of Manufacturing excellence techniques (e.g., Lean 6-Sigma etc)Understanding of process and shift operationsWhy Apply?Fantastic career progression opportunities.Competitive salary.Ability to work within a great culture.Lots of growth opportunities.Please apply with an updated CV to find out more.
