Systems.Service/Product Knowledge: Provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers, fulfilling S.F. Express Companys KPIs for quality and productivity.Problem Solving: Connect with local partners/shipment receivers to clarify issues of undeliverable shipments and coordinate with the origin counterpart for a solution.Timely Escalation: Escalate critical issues to Senior management as needed.Vendor Management: Perform any other duties related to vendor management that are assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in the express delivery or e-commerce industryFluency in English is required, knowledge of Chinese is a mustStrong analytical skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office programsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks at onceFamiliarity with logistics software and tracking tools is a plus#masterairwaybill #mawb
