The London office of GA is looking for a dynamic and motivated Secretary/Assistant with strong attention to detail to support our team. The selected candidate will play a central role in organizing daily activities and managing internal and external communications, interacting with clients, partners, and colleagues.Key Responsibilities:Handling correspondence and communications;Organizing and managing appointments, meetings, and travel;Administrative and operational support for the team;Preparing documents, reports, and presentations in Italian and English;Interfacing with clients and suppliers, responding to requests and managing day-to-day needs;Managing the calendar and coordinating activities for team members;Providing support for general secretarial tasks.Requirements:Excellent command of English.
