The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting others and possess a range of skills to contribute to the well-being and progression to independence of our young people. They will provide dedicated support and guidance to young people, helping them develop life skills and reach personal goals. They will act as a consistent point of contact, building trusting relationships and promoting emotional well-being. Keyworkers work closely with wider professionals and families, contribute to placement plans, maintain accurate records, and ensure the environment meets Ofsted standards.
