Proud to be one of the largest aluminium profile providers in the UK.Your Key Responsibilities:Develop and detail rainscreen, twin-skin and bespoke metal roofing and cladding systems for commercial applicationsAdapt existing proprietary systems to meet specific project requirements.Produce accurate fabrication drawings for production based on customer specifications.Respond to technical queries from clients and provide expert advice.Collaborate with customers to deliver designs tailored to their needs.Maintain and expand our library of system details, ensuring design consistency.Use your technical expertise to develop innovative solutions to complex design challenges.Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and best practices.What You Bring:At least 5 years of experience in designing metal roofing and cladding systems (less experience considered for exceptional candidates).Proficiency in CAD software (2D / 3D); experience with thermal or acoustic modelling software is advantageous.A thorough understanding of aluminium and steel detailing.Strong problem-solving skills and a meticulous approach to design.The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.What We Offer:A competitive salary, with a discretionary annual bonus.On-the-job training to enhance your skills and expertise.A collaborative work environment within a family-owned business known for its high-quality products and service standards.
