Exciting role within Financial Services for a global business.This role will assist the Operations Manager in all Snap-on Finance purchasing functions, payment application and documentation control.Serve as an all around supplemental operations coordinator to assist where required for transaction coordination or other operations department needs including general office administration.Responsibilities:Daily processing and distribution of all incoming media; mail, email, faxes etcDue diligence for E-Contracts or paper contracts to include purchasing and/or returns for EC, Lease, Subscription or Franchise Finance as neededPost payments/NSFs both manual (Franchise ECCRs, customer, Court, etc.payments) and electronic (DSS, ACH)Posting account adjustments/terminations including working of associated support desksAnalyse daily overpayments on both UK & EUP databaseProduction and distribution of all agreement related mailing including invoicingDaily imaging and filing of all agreement related documentationMaintenance of customer D/D database and associated support deskBanking of customer manual payments/lease depositsMaintain various logs as required by managementResponsive and positive interaction with Franchisees, Sales Manager and end user inquiries regarding payments, account status, and account discrepanciesReceive and resolve customer complaints, knowing when to pass complaint on to proper management for resolutionAssist in Phone Loops as neededContract auditing and filing review for other operations department neededContinually look for RCI opportunities and identify areas for personal developmentThe role may require the incumbent to perform any other duties to ensure the efficient running of their department or areaWe are looking for someone who:Has a minimum of 5 GCSEs, preferable A-C grade in Mathematics.A Levels preferable but not necessary.Has basic financial accounting knowledgeHas excellent computer skills and knowledge including Microsoft OfficeIs a strong written and verbal communication skillsIs outgoing, positive attitudes and strong interpersonal skillsIs able to demonstrate strong ability to work independentlyHas excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasksIs willing to work in a full-time office based environment in Kettering, NorthantsSalary: To be discussed at interview stage circaHours: 37.5 Hours per week
