The role of the Front of House Manager is to ensure that Aspen is the BEST residential development in Canary Wharf leading by example to ensure that the concierge and amenity hosts are providing an enjoyable, safe residential environment and delivering the highest level of customer care, combined with personalised communication/interaction with all stakeholders, in line with the agreed service standards and operating procedures. Each resident and visitor to Aspen is to be afforded a unique service experience and to feel VALUED.Our vision - "To create a truly vibrant destination and inclusive community"What you will be doing!Customer Service & Resident Engagement: Act as an ambassador for Aspen and Consort Place, delivering exceptional service. Greet and assist all residents and visitors in person, via phone, email, or other communication channels. Maintain accurate records of new and existing residents and provide information on local attractions, including bars, restaurants, and leisure facilities.Amenity & Front of House Operations: Support senior management in setting up and opening residential amenity spaces (Aspen Club, Aspen Family Club, and Aspen Paramount). Ensure smooth front-of-house operations by providing training on standard procedures. Oversee parcel management, ensuring deliveries and collections are logged, and residents receive timely notifications via the Aspen app. Manage amenity bookings, confirming reservations and preparing spaces for use, ensuring they are refreshed between bookings.Events & Additional Support: Assist with events in the amenity spaces, particularly during key seasonal periods and developer-hosted functions. Ensure the smooth operation of facilities, including correct opening and closing procedures. Provide additional support as needed to ensure an exceptional resident experience.Health, Safety & Compliance: Conduct routine building patrols, identifying and recording maintenance, safety, or compliance issues. Oversee gym and spa checks to ensure all mandatory procedures are followed and documented. Be fully trained in emergency procedures, including fire evacuation, and perform duties as a Fire Marshal.
