You will accomplish these results by forging strong cross-departmental partnerships at all levels, dynamic team and project leadership, and cultural influence across all CAPRI Holdings EMEA countries of operations (Versace, Jimmy Choo, Michael Kors).What Youll Do:Develops, communicates, and drives retail loss prevention programs and strategies to meet jurisdictional, company and stakeholder requirements for CAPRI Holdings in the EMEA region. Lead and develop measurement, inspection, and audit regimes to monitor and improve operational compliance and performance against company key performance indicators, aims, objectives and targets. Presents findings to leadership and operational teams.Monitor, evaluate and review existing, new, and upcoming security and safety legislation and ensure that CAPRI Holdings has systems and procedures in place to meet legal compliance and other requirements.Oversee management of internal and external theft investigations as per internal policies, including investigation and reporting to ensure compliance with legislation, identification of trends, shared learnings, and appropriate remedial actions.Compile appropriate performance reports for the leadership/executive teams and maintain performance monitoring, analysis and review against established metrics and standards to drive improvements.Support appropriate and effective business communication through leadership, advice, reviews, and direct contribution to meetings, briefings, consultation forums, correspondence, publicity, and ad-hoc reporting, as necessary and appropriate.Steward processes that facilitate proactive identification of security risks and propose controls to the organization. Exercise prudent judgment in recommending and selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for the security and safety issues under consideration.Establish relationships and liaise with local/national law enforcement agencies across all regional CAPRI Holdings EMEA countries of operations.Work in close partnership with Retail Store Operations, Distribution, Accounts Payable, Sales Audit, Internal Audit, IT, Human Resources, Construction, Inventory Control, and other departments to drive as well as influence security and safety initiatives. Leverage peer leaders from interdepartmental disciplines (Corporate Security, Health & Safety, and Supply Chain Protection), to accomplish your regional loss prevention mission.Represent CAPRI Holdings in the external environment with law enforcement, industry network associations, government agencies, trade associations, standard-setting bodies, etc. and outside vendors/ consultants/ service providers.Manage 2 Regional Loss Prevention Managers. Perform other related duties as required.Youll Need to Have: Degree or equivalentMinimum 8 years general retail Loss Prevention experience with at least 4 years in multi-store leadership experienceMinimum 8 years of experience in Interview and Interrogation techniques with full knowledge of all applicable lawsMust have a working knowledge of security equipment, tactics, policies, and proceduresExperience in completing/leading retail operations audits and implementing action plans to meet audit findingsExperience in the management of retail loss prevention professionalsExcellent language skills both written and spokenIT literate MS Office at intermediate levelModerate-High overnight travel requiredWed Love to See:Certified in Wicklander-Zulawski interview and interrogation techniquesDemonstrated ability to quickly interpret complex regulatory issues and provide recommended course of actionDemonstrated ability to present complex information in an easily understood mannerPractical and demonstrable knowledge of liaising with enforcement agencies and insurersDemonstrated effective collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure operational responsiveness to challenges and alignment with business imperativesAt Capri, we are all responsible for creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
