A well-established company is looking for a Senior Contracts Manager to join their growing team. This role is available on a hybrid working basis, youll be likely to work 3-4 days in the office.The RoleAs a Senior Contracts Manager, youll be developing specification of the outsourced service alongside your Team Lead. Youll also, review and validate payment applications, ensure contract specifications are followed whilst leading contractual discussions and clarifications with suppliers. As well as assisting the commercial team with invoice information and oversee alongside ensuring projects are correctly mobilised in terms of budget.The PersonTo succeed as a Senior Contracts Manager, youll need contract management and planning experience within Fire Stopping and/or Fire Doors. Whilst, building strong relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, good negotiation and communication skills, experience in meeting commitments and deadlines alongside being team player.The PackageAs a Senior Contracts Manager, youll be on a salary up to 60,000 per annum dependent on experience.
