These successes demonstrate our ability to deliver exceptional results and contribute to the growth of our communities.Key ResponsibilitiesAccountable for HSEQ compliance, consistency & best practice across all sites. Monitoring audits of site teams & applying lessons learned. Communicate & co-ordinate as required. Ensure all sites comply with H & S requirements and ensure sustainability & green principles are fully applied in the assets construction; work collaboratively with Supply Chain to implement sustainable outcomes and find the best solutions to meet targets.Manage overall operations and responsible for the effective and successful management of labour, productivity, quality control, and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department. The operations manager will ensure safe and efficient operations. Serve as a company representative on regulatory issues. Enhance the operational procedure, systems, and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting, and look for opportunities to expand systems.
