The main function of the warehouse operative is to be responsible for fulfilling orders, checking loan kits, and managing the goods inward and goods outbound processes. It will be the responsibility of the warehouse operative to ensure the tasks are completed with high quality and efficiency. The warehouse operative will also be responsible for performing audits and ensuring the warehouse is run in an orderly fashion.Reporting To: Operations Team LeaderResponsibilities:Processing orders from the ERPReceiving in orders from suppliers and vendorsPicking items from the warehouse to fulfil ordersProcessing of loan kit requestsAssembly and packing of kitsDespatch of kits to appropriate hospitals with correct documentationInspection of incoming kitsProper documentation handling Scanning, Filing, Digital attachmentsReduce waste in warehouse processes (physical and procedural)Support quality assurance and regulatory complianceResolve issues that may arise from customer service regarding usageLiaising with sales reps on surgery case usageAny other relevant, reasonable ad hoc duties that may be requested.Essential:Medical Device Industry - Experience within the industry dealing with sterile and non-sterile implantable medical devices.Ability to communicate in a highly effective manner and work both independently and as part of a team on assignments. Must be IT literate, analytical and efficient in an administrative environment. They must have the ability to work on their own initiative, prioritizing and organising workload.
