This is a great opportunity for professionals with 1-2 years of experience who are looking to progress their career in building surveying and project management, with a particular focus on the education sector and public sector projects. The successful candidate will work on client-side roles, acting as an extension of client teams, managing a education / higher education portfolio of projects. Key ResponsibilitiesDelivering building surveying and project management services with a focus on education/public sector projects.Managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of service delivery.Supporting and leading projects from inception to completion.Preparing CAD designs (advantageous but not essential).Providing professional advice on building regulations, planning permissions, and compliance.Working collaboratively with colleagues and clients across the Midlands and London regions.Candidate RequirementsExperience: 1-2 years in building surveying or project management roles OR Qualified Education: Graduate-level qualification in Building Surveying or a related field.
