Member Services AssistantGlobal Professional Membership Body London/ Hybrid working (twice a month working in London) ad-hoc international travel9-5:30pmBasic salary 30,000-33,000 dependent on experience with an excellent package Life insurance, optical and dental cash-back, cycle to work scheme, critical illness cover, mental health package, Pension contributions.Full time, Permanent.My client, a reputable and established global professional membership body, is currently searching for a Member Services Assistant to join their membership team.The Role of Member Services Assistant:Help manage multiple shared mailboxesAssist with member administration (onboarding, offboarding, rebranding)Handle existing members queriesAssist with processing initial membership enquiriesAssist members and potential clients with referralsAssist members with intranet usageAssist members with access to trainingAssist members with obtaining notarisations and tax certificatesAssist members with annual factsheetAssist with data preparation for rankings and surveysAssist with keeping CRM/ public website up to dateAssist with CRM reportingMaintain shared drive efficientlyGeneral office administration (e.g. supplier account administration, occasional PA support to Head of Member Services)EssentialExcellent attention to detail, accuracy in this role is key Based in or within a commutable distance to central LondonDegree-level education (preferably in finance, accounting or business studies) or advanced secretarial trainingMinimum 3 years work experience in corporate office administrationExperienced working as part of a teamEnglish native speaker (or C2 proficiency, both written and spoken)Numerate and literate, with advanced multicultural and interpersonal skillsProficient user of Microsoft Office and Adobe StandardExperience in working with a CRM (preferably salesforce) and online communication software (e.g. Microsoft Teams, Zoom)Strong process management, analytical and reporting skillsEfficient communication and problem-solving skillsTechnologically savvyReliable, accountable and highly organisedResilient, disciplined and able to follow instructions (this role involves working closely with Head of Member Services)Can-do attitudeConfident but easy-going personality, with a sense of humourDesirable Experience in working with membership organisationsKnowledge or experience in finance invoicing, credit notes etcIntermediate to proficient level in another language (particularly Mandarin or French)Familiarity with any of the following (or similar) software: Xero (accounting), WordPress (CMS)To apply to this role please send your CV.Due to the volume of applications, we are only able to contact successful applicants.
