We pave the way for aspiring footballers aged 5 to 18, ensuring a safe, fun, and inspiring journey.Its all driven by our Academy. Boys and girls of all abilities learn in our top-class facilities, with guidance from FA and UEFA licensed coaches, as well as players who have reached the top of the pro game.But our Academy is more than just football. Its about communication and dedication. We create an atmosphere where fun and learning go hand in hand, making every moment on the field memorable and every lesson valuable.Our programme includes academy teams, pre-academy squads, and FA-affiliated initiatives like the FA Wildcats for Girls and the FA Comets Disability Football programme. In partnership with the FA, were proud to deliver the Wildcats Programme. Designed for girls 5 and up, it provides a non-competitive and super-fun environment for developing skills, making friends, and growing a love of the game.Football can bring joy, inspire growth and build community. And everyone deserves the opportunity to play.The Role:We're on the hunt for a dynamic team player who's as excited about having an impact on the female game as we are. This isn't just any coaching job; it's your chance to be a game-changer, planning and executing training sessions that inspire and develop our young players' skills and team spirit, and leading your team on match-days. You'll enhance our current girls' academy programmes and take us into the future of play!So, if you have a minimum of two years of experience coaching football, are passionate about inspiring girls through football, and love the idea of working in a place where your work genuinely impacts lives, then you're in the right spot.It would be nice if you have:A Level 1 coaching badge (or higher?
