A highly experienced Private PA is required to support an UHNW founder, in an all encompassing EA role managing the personal elements of their life. You will be entirely responsible for their lifestyle management and projects for the individual and family. This role is based in Dubai and includes global travel.With no two days the same and huge variety, you will be someone who thrives on the challenge of ensuring an entirely smooth running family life. You will enjoy operating in a demanding private PA role, embracing a challenge and take pride in delivering results, while also being able to fulfil the more straightforward daily tasks.Duties include: international diary management, maintaining schedules, booking personal appointments, arranging luxury family travel/holidays (private aviation), carrying out all relevant research. You will be responsible managing the various homes across the globe, staff liaison, assisting with refurbishments and purchasing items. You will arrange lunches, dinners and events, with excellent contacts and links to arrange bookings. You will carry out research as requested, and be available to purchase items, run errands, and manage the requirements day to day.You should also be available 24/7 evenings and weekends, to support in a full capacity and may at times require international travel.Experience required: please review before applying:Salary circa 70-80KExperience of supporting an UHNW individual as a Private PA is essential, applications without private PA experience will not be consideredYou must also have experience of working in a corporate setting in within Investment or Financial Services.Excellent academicsStrong communication skills, able to naturally function with VIP, UHNWIs and their liaison points.You should have a calm demeanour, be extremely well organised, intuitive, proactive and bring a positive, upbeat personality.
