This role will include but not limited to:This role will require you to:Head up and manage Master planning, Demand Planning in Europe and North America, Production Planning for manufacturing / assembly facilities in Europe.Ensure that supply and demand planning are accurate, working very closely with sourcing and logistics department to ensure on-time delivery of both finished goods and parts/components and reflects the amount of inventory that is needed by our businesses to growUtilizing Excel, ensuring accuracy and changes in planning is updated on a timely mannerFrequently liaising with our logistics and warehouse team in London, purchasing team as well as R&D and manufacturing business leaders and departmentsFollow up and ensure production on schedule, materials on schedule and our facilities can deliver finished goods on scheduleFormulate weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual planning schedule in accordance to sales needs and company goals and objectivesIdeally you will have:8-10 years of supply chain planning experience with a product that requires assembling and multiple hundreds of SKUs of spare parts and componentsExpert Excel skillsHave worked with and managed overseas OEM factories beforeHave a background working in both MNC as well as Chinese companiesExcellent English spoken and written abilityAbility to manage and set up a team and also be very hands onExcellent interpersonal skills to communicate with different stakeholdersAble to work frequent overtime due to time difference and business operations abroadStrong character, able to drive and manage upper management as well as firmly push subordinates to deliver resultsOverseas working / study / living abroad experience highly regardedFull Time degree in Supply Chain Management
