This role involves collaborating with various teams, including sales, brand marketing, and retail partners, to develop and implement effective in-store and online marketing campaigns. Joining the online and offline journey with new ways to engage our users at the point of purchase.Beyond traditional methodology, this brand-new role will be deeply rooted in insight and MarTech capabilities to ensure new and best-in-class execution, prompting trade-up and cross-category selling, thus ensuring the best UX for STANLEY users at the point of purchase.Investment in digitized shell technology will be the qualifier to allow us to monitor, track, and show ROI via new digitized KPI tracking, user profiling, and POS performance review to justify the investment.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand in-store requirements by country, consider trade & modern distributionEnhance the Wall 2 Wall Program cross-category selling capability own end2endTesting AOV and 2nd Site POSDevelop and (regionally align) Planogram software to enable executionWork with agencies to utilise modern insight technologies:Test POS usage and performanceUnderstand user profiles and habits at fixturesTrack implementationAlign digital and in-store shopper experiences through shelf digitization and marketing strategies.Plan and execute marketing initiatives, collaborating with internal teams and retail partners.Manage budget and analyse data to optimize strategies, enhance engagement, and maximize ROI.Explore industry trends and technologies to improve shopper experience and drive sales.Who You AreYou always strive to do a good jobbut wouldnt it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good?
