Senior Architectural Coordinator Aviation Projects (12-Month Contract) Location: London Contract Duration: 12 Months Rate: Competitive (Day/Hourly Rate)About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Coordinator to lead and coordinate the construction of major aviation projects. This 12-month contract role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration of architectural designs with construction processes, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, efficient, and sustainable airport infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate architectural construction activities across aviation projects, ensuring alignment with design intent and regulatory standards.Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to oversee project execution and resolve design or construction challenges.Ensure compliance with aviation, safety, and building regulations, maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.Manage technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.Monitor construction progress, conducting site inspections and liaising with contractors to ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.Identify and mitigate risks, providing proactive solutions to design or coordination issues.Drive innovation, incorporating sustainable and cutting-edge architectural solutions into airport developments.Skills & Experience RequiredProven experience in architectural coordination within aviation or large-scale infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulatory requirements in the aviation sector.Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination tools.Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments.Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field; professional accreditation (RIBA, ARB) is a plus.Why Join Us?Work on high-profile aviation projects shaping the future of airport infrastructure.Gain invaluable experience on a large-scale, complex development.Competitive contract rate with flexibility and exposure to industry-leading professionals.Ready to take your expertise to new heights?
