Youll support the operation of infrastructure and platform deployments onsite and in cloud, delivering services that drive customer success and innovation.Provide production operation support for ODI. Support the stability, availability, and performance of critical business systems. Install, configure, and operate Exadata and other Oracle Infrastructure Platform productsDeliver solution architecture advice, reviews, and conceptual supportAnalyze product problems to find resolutionsResolve new and complex issues, research technical enquiries, and handle user problems Support software installation, configuration, health checks, and performance assessmentsEducate customers on product features, issues, evolutions, upgrades, benefits, and patchesDeliver client-specific and proactive support of dedicated CCS customers to ensure operational excellence of Oracle Infrastructure & Platform deployments in the Cloud, on premise or both.Act as a trusted technology advisor for our CCS customers with a deep knowledge of the customer's requirements and environmentsMaintain effective professional relationships within the global CCS practice, with Oracle Technical Account Managers (TAM), Oracle Product Support and customer staff at various levelsDesirable Experience:At least 6-10 years hands-on experience in working with Oracle Database and Infrastructure products, in particular Oracle Engineered Systems including Exadata, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or comparable platformsStrong proven Oracle DBA experience are a prerequisiteHands on experience with GoldenGate or Oracle security productsAdvanced OS Administration skills with Unix / Linux are essential, additional Solaris, Solaris-Cluster and Windows skills are a plusUK Government security clearance required or eligible to be security clearedWe also useOracle engineered systems such as Exadata, ZDLRAOracle DBA, HA and DR skillsOCI, Unix, Linux, Solaris, and ZFS StorageOracle Advanced security , Audit Vault, DB Vault, Data Safe, DB firewall, TDEReal Application Clusters and Grid InfrastructureEnterprise Manager OEM and Grid ControlOracle VM, Directory Server, and ASMNetwork switches, protocols, and securityLoad balancer, Java, xml, SQL, shell scripting At Oracle, we dont just respect differences we celebrate them.
