Job Title: Mobile Plant MechanicLocation: UKSalary: 45,000 - 47,000Job Type: Full-timeAbout Us:Cooper Recruitment are pleased to be supporting one of the UKs largest Commissioning, Service and Repair, and Foundation Engineering groups whom support a whole host of companies in their maintenance, both reactive and planned on their plant machinery specialising in providing high-quality plant machinery solutions for various industries.Key Responsibilities:Perform regular maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of mobile plant machinery and equipmentTroubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues and carry out efficient repairs.Carry out planned maintenance schedules to minimise downtime and maximise productivity.Work effectively in both workshop and on-site environments, ensuring high standards of safety and quality.Keep accurate records of work completed and parts used, including reporting any additional work required.Liaise with clients to ensure all service and repair needs are met.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental guidelines.Requirements:Strong experience as a Mobile Plant Machinery Mechanic.Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with a wide range of plant machineryCSCS/CPCS QualificationExcellent diagnostic and repair skills, with a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.Experience in both preventative maintenance and emergency repairs.Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure in both workshop and field settings.Full UK driving license (or equivalent) with the ability to travel to different work sites.Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to customer service.Relevant qualifications in plant mechanics or a similar field are highly desirable.Why Join Us?45,000 - 47,000 per annumOngoing training and development opportunities across the businessA supportive and friendly work environmentOpportunities for career progressionAccess to modern tools and equipmentIf you are interested in exploring the vacancy in further detail, please contact Luke Tompkins on 07572 971586.
