This pivotal role will involve working closely with the General Counsel and Company Secretary to provide expert legal guidance, mitigate risks, and uphold strong corporate governance across the Group. The successful candidate will take the lead on complex, high-value capital projects, ensuring they meet legal and regulatory requirements while driving business success.This position also involves overseeing the in-house legal and governance team, managing external legal partnerships, and effectively distributing resources.
