The candidate will work across a wide range of areas which are strategically and operationally critical.The role splits across two departments. Were looking for someone whos incredibly organised, detailed-oriented and a fast-learner to assist the wider team in many aspects of running a dynamic and unique event.Artist & Programming TeamPre-Event & LiveWorking closely with the booking team, artist liaison manager and the Festival Directors, youll assist on managing confirmed artists, liaising with their teams as we get closer to the show. Youll assist on making new offers where necessary and keep many of our live tracking documents up to date. Youll work closely with our head of contracting with status reporting to the management team and ensure artist payments are tracked and deadlines met.During the show youll be assisting to communicate any changes to the programme with our production and artist liaison teams. Youll assist the Curious Minds teams dealing with incoming queries and with festival-specific knowledge on accreditation and access for talent arriving for Curious Minds.On SiteAssist with the programming operation across all stages, keeping in constant communication with the Artist Liaison Manager, Tech Production and Directors where neededBe the link between promoter, programmers, tech production and artist liaisonTroubleshooter for any programming changes, which could affect the running order of stages - liaising with the internal team & artist teams to quickly resolvePost EventEnsure artist balance payment deadlines are metCollate artist, management and agent feedback ready for debriefWork with the programming team on the Live from the Village series, speaking directly with management and artist teams for approvalsCreate offer sheets as relevant for 2026 event bookingsProduction CoordinatorPre-EventYoull work closely with the Event Operations, F&B and Senior Management to assist across all aspects of the event including travel & transport, supplier catering advance to minimise wastage, the Oracle (our information point), clothing, press & design collateral. During the show youll be the main point of contact for our press teams and will oversee The Oracle during the event.You will be responsible for the advance of chefs and key restaurants accreditation, travel and accommodation, as well as working with our suppliers to collate carbon audit information and working with our marketing teams to ensure customers receive the right comms ahead of their food & drink experiences.Experience & QualificationsThe applicant must have a minimum or 2-3 years experience of working in a live event environment or relevant adjacent experience to working within music, culture or the arts.The applicant should have a strong understanding of the artists and music relating to Lost Village, allowing them to make informed decisions both pre and during the event.The applicant must have a calm and composed personality, be able to thrive under pressure and have the ability to deal with the vast range of personalities and characters that such a role entails.
