Complaints Manager - Financial Planning & Wealth ManagementHybrid roleReporting into any of the following offices: Birmingham | Carlisle l Chester l Exeter l Leeds l LondonIDEX Consulting are working in partnership with a leading Financial Planning Group who are in the process of bolstering their compliance team and have numerous newly created opportunities within the division, including a Complaints Manager.Due to the nature of the role, the successful applicant must have hands on experience of handling Financial Advisory complaints. Duties include;Management and oversight of an existing complaints team across the Investment Management teamHelping recruit and grow the Financial Planning complaints teamHands-on duties of handling complaints from clients whilst the team is in its infancySupporting complaints specialists in their investigations, bringing these to a timely resolutionResponsibility for overall governance of the teamManagement Information reporting with trend identification, ensuring data is accurate and up to datePrevious experience within a similar role is essential, due to the fast paced nature of the role. Ideally, you will experience within a DFM environment, with an understanding of Investment Management along with Financial Planning.You will also be required to have a comprehensive understanding of the Financial Conduct Authority complaints requirements and regulatory reporting requirements.This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who wants to receive autonomy within their role and be able to shape the division, having a genuine voice and say within the business.
