They have a new and pivotal Product Manager, to join there UK Product Development team.Up 52,000 DOE4 day week, Monday-ThursdayOnsite role in County Durham, flexible in travelling to client sitesProduct Manager job profile: To enhance the sales development of key products & brands through the implementation of product strategies, inclusive of developments, pricing, campaigns and maintenance.Product Manager responsibilities: Oversee the development and improvement of products within assigned portfolio.Create products which represent the customers values by understanding the target customers experience and determining a roadmap to meet requirement.Present a business case for product developments and determine the profitability of these opportunities.Work with the product development and account management teams, the dealer network and the end customer; to establish product requirements for all projects.Have a robust process for conducting voice of the customer research throughout the development project.Examine and benchmark competition productsTo develop top down product pricing strategies, based on conducting price vs volume analysis, identifying the optimum market placement.Develop good relationships with dealers to gain an understanding of theirrequirements.To develop good relationships with owners clubs to understand their desire modifications and requests.Experience required: Experience within a Manufacturing oriented businessExperience within a high value product industryExperience with product development of high revenue / investment projectsExperience of B2B/B2C or complex customer environmentsCirca 3 years experience in product managementKnowledge in marketing and how to take products to market
