Overview and purpose of role:As a Merchandise Admin Assistant at Christian Louboutin, you will be part of the EMEI Merchandising & Planning team and will have a various range of tasks. You will report to the Product Planning Manager and your role is a key support function to the team, managing the stock level across EMEI. Your 3 main missions will be:Support the EMEI Planning Team with Permanent operational needsSupport the Merchandise Planner with Outlet managementEnsure that the right stock is placed in the right stores at the right time Key Responsibilities of role:Permanent OperationalSet up and maintain the Permanent replenishment tool.Be responsible for replenishment and stock movements on product out of model stock to rebalance products and sizes. Regular review of model stock levels (partner with the EMEI Planning and Central teams on the MS steering).Support Planning Team on analysis where needed based on various KPIs (sales vs forecast, out of stock rate, target months of supply by region), identify risks and drive action plans.Follow the full life cycle of the Permanent products: launch of new Permanent lines, phasing out slow lines, depreciation of stock.Partner with the Planning Team, Retail Merchandising and store teams to define the Permanent assortment per store. In charge of stock movements between stores to maximize sales, minimize overstock and increase availability rate (AVR). Be the key point of contact for store teams on Permanent stock needs. Partner with Retail teams to act on the results and recommend actions that drive sales. Create, maintain and improve Excel templates to better assess the business and make better decisions.Outlet Management Allocate new season products on a monthly basis based on assortment strategies and sales results, collaborating with the Merchandise Planner, Outlet store and Logistics teams.Define and maintain Outlet model stocks.Manage stock level inventories and bi-monthly replenishment based on sales performance.Rebalance stock between Outlet locations as needed.Work with the Merchandise Planner to define stock needs, defining the Outlet assortment across all product categories by month.Support the Merchandise Planner with Outlet pricing strategies including markdowns.Reporting & Business actionsCreate and present Outlet reports on results and KPIs. Conduct monthly Outlet sales & stock analysis by product division and category and at SKU level. Provide to the Outlet team analysis and communication of performance to maximize commercial opportunities and ensure that our team is focused on those opportunities.Participate in bi-monthly calls with Outlet store teams to coincide with replenishment timing to discuss and maximise sales and stock opportunities. Perform Outlet visits on a regular basis to gather inputs on business trends, maintain awareness of competitors' performance and price positioning, and provide feedback in order to exploit business opportunities.Support with Permanent reporting needs,Skills and Requirements:Technical: A degree in a business-oriented subject. Experience in planning or merchandising is ideal but not essential.Strong Excel and presentation skills, and analytical mindset.Proactive and able to work autonomously. Fluent in English.Soft skills:Adaptable and flexible. Must be comfortable with change and willing to adapt as required to the needs of the business.Effective time management skills. Must be punctual and reliable, able to perform tasks within the required timeframes.Passionate about the brand, with a strong sense of fashion.Strong communication skills, able to clearly explain their findings and pose relevant questions. Motivated and committed with a can do positive attitude. Able to meet the demands with high energy levels. Able to work effectively as part of a team and willing to perform varied tasks depending on the needs of the business. Proactive, dynamic and have a willingness to learn and develop.
