Site ElectricianLocation: Glasgow (Single Site)Job Type: Permanent, Full-TimeSalary: 38,000 per annum (DOE)About the RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Site Electrician to join a professional maintenance team working on a single site in Glasgow. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in electrical maintenance, installations, or repairs, who are looking for a stable, long-term position with professional development opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and efficiency of electrical systems on-site.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform scheduled and reactive maintenance on electrical systems.Ensure all electrical work complies with current regulations and safety standards.Assist with installations, refurbishments, and replacements as needed.Diagnose and resolve electrical faults to ensure continuous site operations.Carry out testing and inspection of electrical systems to ensure compliance.Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities.Support site management with technical advice and electrical safety guidance.Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies to maintain a safe workplace. Who Were Looking ForRecognised electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent).18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification (Essential).Experience working as an on-site Electrician, preferably within a facilities or industrial environment.Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills on electrical systems.Experience in planned and reactive maintenance within a building services environment.
