The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in working with children and young people, have a creative approach to Arts education, and the ability to build strong relationships with young people.Responsibilities: Deliver engaging Art workshops and activities. Build positive relationships with children and young people, fostering a safe and supportive atmosphere. Encourage active participation and provide guidance and support as needed. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of safeguarding principles and ensure the safety and well-being of all children and young people in your care. Represent LMP Action positively and contribute to the organisation's presence in the community. Qualifications: PGCE (Or equivalent. Qualified or in training) Previous experience working with children and young people, particularly in a workshop or camp setting. Strong delivery skills. Knowledge of safeguarding principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to providing enriching opportunities for children.Requirements: Enhanced DBS check (Essential). First Aid certification (Preferred but not essential).
