You will have the chance to make a significant impact on a variety of HR processes, from recruitment to employee relations and beyond.Key Responsibilities:Maintain HR systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date data and recordsPrepare and analyse reports and create detailed spreadsheets in ExcelDevelop and update job descriptions and person specificationsPrepare job adverts, screen applications, conduct interviews, and manage recruitment processes in collaboration with hiring managersGuide new employees through the induction process, ensuring a smooth transitionEnsure all new starter paperwork is completed and submitted to Payroll for processingManage the HR inbox, responding to general HR queries in a timely mannerAdminister the starter and leaver processes, ensuring compliance with company proceduresSupport in conducting formal meetings (disciplinary, grievance, and flexible working requests)Prepare documentation for HR meetings, such as invite letters and outcome lettersProvide HR guidance to employees and line managers, offering support in employee relations mattersCollaborate with Payroll on employee information, such as absence trackingAssist in reviewing and updating company policies, procedures, and employee handbooksRespond to reference requests and maintain both electronic and paper-based employee filesSupport Payroll as required with payroll-related documentationAbout You:Previous experience working in an HR environmentStrong knowledge of the full recruitment and selection cycleAdvanced Excel skills, including the use of Macros, complex formulas, V-Lookups, and data manipulationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to take accountability and influence key decisions within the HR functionStrong organisational skills and attention to detailA proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to think outside the boxUp-to-date knowledge of current HR legislation and best practicesConfidence in handling employee relations matters, including discipliners and grievancesAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyIf you're an experienced HR professional looking for a new challenge in a fast-growing company, we would love to hear from you.BBBH32480
