This role will be working on our client site which is a Scientific Research Centre.The RoleCarrying out planned preventative maintenance to building services equipmentCarrying out reactive and emergency breakdown tasks allocatedCarrying out inspections, fault finding and diagnosisEnsuring all tasks are completed in accordance with agreed service levelsCompleting job sheets electronically on a Tablet or SmartphoneMaintaining site based records and log booksCarrying out general cleaning and housekeeping to maximise life expectancy of all equipmentProactively working to reduce energy consumption on client sites and recommending improvementsWorking to all health, safety, compliance and local policies and proceduresMaintaining excellent relationships with our customers face to face, telephone and emailHours of WorkMonday - Friday, 8.00am- 4.30pmQualifications and Experience RequiredLevel 3 City & Guilds plumbing installation or EquivalentL8 Water HygieneWere committed to treating all our job applicants fairly and with respect.
