We are committed to our transparent, employee-led approach to HSEQ.Tasks & Responsibilities for the Technical Clerk: Acquire anomalies data from the Plant Condition Management System (PCMS) and update the Mechanical and Civil Anomalies RegistersRaise requests in SAP for repairs/maintenance/further inspectionsCreate change requests in SAP for planned maintenance activities (dates/frequencies/addition/removal)Monitoring the Master Vessel Register to track and highlight overdue inspections to the Inspections Team LeadAttend meetings as dictated by the inspection requirementsProvide support and assistance for the on-site Asset Integrity Team as requiredRequirements:Experience of working within systems and proceduresHigh level of computer literacy including experience of database entries (SAP essential)Good analytical skillsGood communication and organisational skillsBe able to work to tight deadlinesTeam worker/welcoming approachTechnical knowledge (preferred)Stork is a dynamic, international and rapidly growing organization.
