Leading the Homes clinical operations and activities to achieve the best possible outcomes for residents. Developing, promoting and maintaining high standards of care and services, where residents are safe and well protected at all times. Developing, implementing and maintaining the systems and structures needed to run the home in the interests of residents. Driving the commercial health of the Home, developing and managing effectively and efficiently the financial, human and material resources. Proudly champion the Home, promoting and marketing the home in the community. Providing inspiring leadership and motivation of the staff team, driving a positive culture where individuals are supported to achieve their best.What you'll bring: A Nursing qualification and current PIN - preferred. Strong, supportive and clear leadership skills, team working skills and staff management experience. You will have previous, recent experience in management of elderly Nursing Homes. Good networking and interpersonal skills along with a highly customer focused approach. A good understanding and experience of CQC and CHC standards is required. An assertive, proactive, energetic, motivated and positive approach along with exceptional organisation skills are key.
