The role involves leading a growing team and managing LV/HV connections up to 33KV for Industrial, Commercial, and EV projects across the UK.About the RoleLeading and managing the electrical design teamDesigning and overseeing LV/HV connections up to 33KVEnsuring the successful delivery of industrial, commercial, and EV projectsCoordinating with internal teams and external stakeholdersProviding technical guidance and support to the design teamEnsuring compliance with industry standards and regulationsMonitoring project progress and managing resources effectivelyMaintaining high standards of quality and safety QualificationsExperience in electrical design engineering, particularly within the energy sectorHNC/HND or higher in Electrical Engineering or equivalent Proven track record in LV/HV connections up to 33KVStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesUnderstanding of industrial, commercial, and EV projectsProficiency in relevant design software and toolsAbility to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulationsRelevant engineering degree or equivalent qualificationPay range and compensation package:Salary ranging between 60,000 - 70,000 per annum.
