Our valued client, The Marine Hotel Ballycastle is looking for a Deputy General Manager to oversee all hotel operations, with a strong focus on Food & Beverage. They take pride in offering guests a cosy, home-away-from-home experience with comfortable accommodations and delicious, locally sourced culinary delights, all while enjoying breathtaking sea views.What Youll Be Doing:Leadership & Management: Deputise in the absence of the General Manager and lead the team to achieve operational excellence.Operational Oversight: Manage all daily hotel operations within budget and to the highest standards.Guest Experience: Maintain outstanding levels of internal and external customer service, responding proactively to guest needs, complaints, and reviews.Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop an engaged and high-performing F&B team.Financial Responsibility: Forecast, plan, and manage F&B orders, staffing, and budgets to achieve financial targets.Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all statutory and company H&S regulations.Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen, events, and reception teams to ensure seamless operations.Event Management: Oversee multiple events within the property, utilising trained personnel effectively.
